Monthly Lotus Flow Class in aid of Lotus Lamb & Sheep Sanctuary

Join us for a special monthly yoga class, with all proceeds going to support the Lotus Lamb & Sheep Sanctuary based in Woodmancoote, Henfield. The sanctuary do a fabulous job of rescuing animals from cruelty and providing them with unconditional love, care and compassion, which all animals so deserve.

Slow Flow yoga classes: A gentle mindful flow, allowing time to feel the subtle effects of each pose. We work towards gently building strength, flexibility and stamina in a safe, accessible way. Each body is different and modifications are given. This energising practice of yoga improves physical health and achieves a balanced state of mind.
