Slow Flow yoga classes:

A gentle mindful flow, allowing time to feel the subtle effects of each pose.

We work towards gently building strength, flexibility and stamina in a safe, accessible way. Each body is different and modifications are given. This energising practice of yoga improves physical health and achieves a balanced state of mind.

Suitable for all levels.

Gentle yoga classes:

This is a gentle class which combines seated (chair) and standing movement that is accessible to all.

A beginner-friendly yoga class, suitable for individuals who may find it challenging to transition from standing to the floor/mat.

This class is open to all and suitable for all ages and fitness levels including those with:
